Summary. Tsoro has no accounts, no ads and no analytics. The developer does not run a server for the game and does not collect, store, sell or share your personal information.
Information kept on your phone. Your player name, avatar or profile photo, settings, saved and resumed games, match scores and chat phrases are stored only on your device. Uninstalling Tsoro or clearing its storage deletes them.
Camera and photos. If you choose to use a selfie or a photo as your avatar, Tsoro opens your phone's camera or photo picker. The picture you choose is kept on your device. The app does not read your other photos.
Online games. When you play online, your phone and your opponent's phone exchange your player name, avatar, moves and chat messages through public internet relay (MQTT) servers run by third parties. These messages are end-to-end encrypted with a key made from your game code, so the relay operators and the developer cannot read them. Like any internet service, the relay sees your device's IP address while you are connected. Nothing is stored by the developer.
Feedback. If you send a suggestion or report from the app, it is sent by email to help@gameofphones.net. We use it only to reply and to improve the game, and delete it on request.
Advertising and tracking. Tsoro shows no ads, does not use the advertising ID and contains no analytics or tracking tools.
Children. Tsoro is not directed at children under 13. Online games include chat with the person who shares your game code; only share codes with people you know.
Your choices and rights. Every offline mode works without going online. You can delete all local data at any time by clearing the app's storage. To ask about or delete any email you sent us, write to help@gameofphones.net.
Security. Online messages are end-to-end encrypted. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we keep the information we handle to the minimum the game needs.
Changes. If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
